Very nicely articulated. I think for me at the time it turned out to be an emotional decision. After being a part of Microsoft for 11yr 3mo, and watching some of the cultural changes, it was a vote of no-confidence on Ballmer. Definitely wish I had been less emotional and more objective - that stock I walked out on would have been worth a few million dollars today!!!
