True, that would happened, and it even happened to me. The way I take this is the PRFAQ paints a destination but not a commitment. You may discover that some aspects of your vision are truly unfeasible. Funding priorities may change (which is what did it for me). You may chose to release an intermediate MVP along the way. But the PRFAQ paints the destination so that everybody gets behind the same!
