That's a very thoughtful comment, Parag, thanks for your input. I most definitely agree with you that there are "very few companies where u will grow as much as an individual as at Amazon". I spent 11 years there and LOVED it, and fast-tracked my career. But I fully accepted Amazon with all its weaknesses, one of which was life/work balance right?
