Thanks for the comment! I like the Amazon BR system a lot. The cons are that it's hard to scale and that it's expensive (time consuming) to train and certify individuals to meet that bar (pun intended). It is a single-human system so it's not completely free for potential human biases, but with the right education and training I think that's mitigated!
